Absolutely! It saves everyone time and money! We also refund over payments if shipping ends up costing less than your charged!

Can Sonoma Repurpose change a shipping address after a purchase?
The answer is "No" we cannot change the shipping address you have listed under your account profile after you purchase your order. This is against "Etsy Policy" to modify a shipping address after a purchase. If we are asked to do this, please know that your order will be cancelled as there is nothing we can do to help. Please make sure your ship to address is correct on your account profile before you make your purchase with us. Thank you

Does Sonoma Repurpose allow customers to make offers on our items?

Yes, Please feel free to make an offer on any of our vintage items. We may not always be able to accept your offer but we will try to find a price we can agree on!

Does Sonoma Repurpose ship internationally?

What about International Import fees/ taxes and customs fees / taxes?

Buyers are responsible for knowing the custom an import laws/ rules in their country! Buyer is responsible for any and all custom an import fees taxes and costs! There is simply no way for us to know all of the laws of all of the countries we ship. Any fees, costs, taxes, paperwork or other charges and/ or other requirements assessed by your countries customs is the buyers responsibility!

Freight Carriers & Packaging:

We provide a high level of packaging on every item sold, to insure your package arrives safely, securely and undamaged!

Once the Freight Carrier has received the package, Sonoma Repurpose is not responsible for package(s) being lost, stolen or damaged during shipment.

Etsy provides the package(s) tracking number automatically to the Buyer once the item ships from us. It is up to the Buyer to track their package to their residence using the Etsy provided tracking number within their Etsy account. From this tracking number, the Buyer needs to be aware of the approximate delivery date, so their package(s) arrives as initially shipped and not left unattended on a porch, in the weather, in drop boxes, at a business, mailboxes, etc., etc.

Does Sonoma Repurpose accept returns?

Please see our Etsy Return policy on each individual listing(s).

Conditions of a return listed below:
Buyer can return this item with an RMA number from the Seller
Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
Buyer must provide the return Tracking number to Seller so return can be tracked

Does Sonoma Repurpose accept Order Cancellations:

Our shop accepts order cancellations within 4 hours of receipt of order.
Buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe.

Custom order cancellations: If an agreed upon Buyer/Seller Custom order has been placed it cannot be cancelled once the Seller receives the order from the Buyer. Custom orders are just that custom made to the Buyers request.

How are Records Graded?

Our Record Rating System:

We use the Goldmine record grading system, which is detailed below. Cover's and vinyl are graded separately and may not fall into the same category. Some records and/or covers may fall into two categories, if we feel it is necessary. If you would like more detail about the condition of a specific title, please feel free to ask.

M (MINT) - Album is brand new, sealed, and unplayed.

NM (NEAR MINT) - Vinyl looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap. LP cover may have some light rub marks.

VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) - Vinyl may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience.

Sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned corners, or a slight seam split. Also may have slight signs of wear also may be marred by a cut out hole, indentation or corner indicating it was taken out of print and sold at discount.

VG (VERY GOOD) - Vinyl has light wear, scratches or scuffs. Covers may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached, or small seam splits.

G (GOOD) - Vinyl has moderate, ever wear throughout, but still playable. Surface noise and scratches. A cover or sleeve will has large seam splits. especially at the bottom or on

the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the cover.

P (POOR) - Lowest Grade. Audible scratches, etc. on more than half the tracks. Listening uncomfortable. The sleeve is water damages, split on all three seams or heavily marred by wear and writing.
